Refund policy

Returns

We will only accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase.  

If the return is a result of our error, we will resolve the issue with a replacement, return or refund at our discretion.

If the return is a result of buyer remorse, selecting the wrong item, pricing, etc., the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returns should have the original order number included in the package.
